Dr. Matthew R. Livingood is a native of the DC metro area, with childhood roots in Bethesda, MD. He studied at Duke University and earned a medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Science. That institution inducted him into their AOA medical national honors society. Dr. Livingood completed internship in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN). He served as chief resident in his final year of dermatology residency at Vanderbilt.

One of my areas of focus has been melanoma in the setting of immunosuppression. To this end, I have undertaken studies of patients with melanoma who also have had an organ transplant, or who have had lymphoma.

Beyond participating in clinical dermatology and owning her own practice in Dublin, Dr. Luca has been very involved in the academic side of dermatology as well. She has held the title of Assistant Professor of Dermatology at The Ohio State University, and taught residents and medical students in the Department of Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University, acting as a clinical instructor. Dr. Luca has also held the position of Associate Professor of Academic and Clinical Dermatology at both MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and Wright State University in Ohio. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Dermatology Division at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

He performed a research fellowship in dermatopathology in Northwestern University Dermatology Department, Chicago, from 2014 to 2015. Further, he performed a research fellowship in cutaneous oncology and non-invasive skin imaging in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, from 2015 to 2017.

Dr Yélamos is European Board Certified Dermatologist and Venereologist (UEMS-EBDV), currently working at Hospital Clínic, Barcelona (Spain) and Hospital Teknon-Quirónsalud, Barcelona (Spain) where he combines research activities with patient care. He is also undertaking his PhD in Medicine and Translational Research in University of Barcelona where he is studying the impact of in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy in guiding surgery and topical treatments in dermatology. His main focus is the diagnosis and management of skin cancers including melanoma, keratinocyte carcinomas, Paget disease, and cutaneous lymphomas.

I am a board certified dermatologist with fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and advanced cutaneous oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medical College program.  I treat skin cancers as well as benign skin conditions and hope to provide comprehensive dermatologic care.  I have specialized training and expertise in dermoscopy and other non-invasive methods of imaging skin to help delineate borders of lentigo maligna and nonmelanoma skin cancers before surgery.  My main research focus is to apply this technology to image nonmelanoma and melanoma skin cancers to help better delineate subclinical margins as well as monitor treatment.

Dr. Terrence A. Cronin, Jr. is a dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon in Melbourne, Florida and is affiliated with two hospitals in the area, including Holmes Regional Medical Center and University of Miami Hospital. He received his medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Cronin is a member of the 2016-2016 Board of Directors for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Hugh Greenway, MD is the chairman of Mohs and dermatologic surgery at Scripps Clinic. He was fellowship trained in Mohs Skin Cancer Surgery by Dr. Frederic E. Mohs at the University of Wisconsin and has performed more than 31,000 Mohs surgery cases at Scripps Clinic for skin cancers of all types.

With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Greenway has brought a wealth of expertise and recognition to Scripps Clinic. In 1984, he obtained the first laser for skin treatment at Scripps Clinic. And he was the first physician to treat basal cell carcinoma with injected intralesional alfa 2-b interferon as an alternative to surgery.

Dr. Compton is a dermatologist who specializes in medical dermatology, including the care of patients with complex skin diseases. He has a special interest in tele-dermatology, using images to diagnose and manage skin disease from a distance, and is developing a program at the University of Washington. 

Dr. Compton is an assistant professor in dermatology and associate program director for the dermatology residency program at the University of Washington. He cares for patients at the UW Dermatology Clinic at Roosevelt. Dr. Compton earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences at Montana State University and earned the degree of M.D. at the University of Washington. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Washington and was chief medical resident at UWMC before completing his dermatology residency at UW. Dr. Compton completed a clinician-educator fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania before returning to Seattle in 2011. He is board certified in internal medicine and dermatology. 

Dr. Compton was the dermatology section chief at the Seattle Veterans Administration Medical Center before transitioning to his current practice at UW. He was rated one of Seattle’s “Top Doctors” in 2015.

Dr. Meine graduated from The University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1994.  His completed his intern year in internal medicine at The University of Utah in 1995.  His dermatology residency was at the The University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ from 1995-1998, serving as chief resident from 1997-1998.  He then completed a two year fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology at the Cleveland Clinic.  Since completing fellowship training in 2000, he has been a staff member in the Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Otley is professor and chair of the department of dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He majored in religion at Williams College, received his medical degree at Duke University, completed a residency in dermatology at Harvard University and then a fellowship in Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery at Mayo Clinic. 

He serves as a director of the American Board of Dermatology. He was the founding president of the International Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative, and has served on the board of directors of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
